I love pizza because it is an organic synthesis of foods. I think if done right, any cuisine in the world can be integrated into an amazing pizza. I love the fusion of cultures and cuisines. I love the classic slice of cheese as well as a balanced outside the box thinking pie like our Korean barbecue pizza with rib eye and kimchi.
I love being part of our local community, because there is something indescribably lovely about being a part of a group of people who share something more substantial than geographical location. It’s something they feel passionately about. Something that, when shared, makes folks cheerful, proud and grateful. We live in one of the best communities in Los Angeles and that goes without saying.
